Equity Dealer

Job Title: Equity Dealer / Terminal Operator

Salary Range: ₹2,50,000 – ₹4,50,000 per year (depending on experience and city).

Location: Hadpasar, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Query Management: Solve client issues regarding fund pay-outs, margin requirements, and trade confirmations.
• Account Assistance: Help clients understand their contract notes, ledger statements, and holdings.
• Platform Support: Guide clients on how to use our mobile trading app and web platform.
• Documentation: Manage KYC updates and ensure client records are compliant with SEBI norms.
• Wealth Managment-Mutual Fund ,Insurance,PMS.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of Stock Market terms (e.g., T+1 settlement, Margin, CNC/MIS orders).
• Communication: Clear and professional speaking skills in Hindi and English.
• Patience: Ability to handle stressed clients during market hours.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com/MBA preferred).
• 6 months to 3 years experience in a Stock Broking or Banking back-office.
• NISM Series VIII is preferred but not mandatory.
