Location: Bangalore (will also consider other Mphasis locations)

Level : L8

Who are we looking for?

A mid-senior level Pre-sales enablement Consultant (SAP/ IT Services) for SAP COE with experience to manage a critical activity in project. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

Requirement:

• 12+ years of Experience in design, development and deployment of SAP solution
• Experience in SAP Technical design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
• SAP strategy and planning;
• Experience in working on proposals, estimations, RFPs
• Very good experience in running GTM strategies, developing demo / PoC for clients
• Well-versed with current trends, latest products / technologies in market
• Working experience in planning for Implementation, Roll-out, Migrations
• Very good in understanding requirements, define solutions, have a walkthrough with clients
• Knowledge of various SAP Applications / Tools - S4HANA, BTP, Analytics, Signavio, ACTIVATE methodology
• Proficiency in one of SAP areas - Functional or Technical
• Experience in study of AS-IS, TO-BE and Gap Analysis, Test management
• Should be able to independently provide end to end solutions to the customer both from front end as well as back end
• Estimate and plan all work effort relating to SAP solution deployment.
• Define and manage sizing of the SAP solution and managing of process with the hardware provider / hosting provider
• Advise on technical approach for all systems integrating to SAP
• Good communication, inter-personal skills, team player
• Experience in various MIS reporting requirements

Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined process.
• Initiate/ participate in peer reviews.
• Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate implementation plan with specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

• Resolve issues of projects.
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification:

• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
• SAP Certification will be an advantage
