Job Description

 Position: Execution Manager - Mutual Fund

Department: Mutual Funds

Location: Wanowrie, Pune

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skill level)

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client servicing: responding to investor queries, handing end-to-end execution, portfolio tracking, and providing timely updates.

  • Assist clients with MF transactions: purchases, redemptions, SIP setup, switches, onboarding, KYC procedures and compliance.

  • Maintain and update MIS, reports, CRM and dashboards related to client portfolios and funds performances.

  • Provide accurate product knowledge on various MF schemes (equity, debt, hybrid, etc.).

  • Track industry updates, fund performance, and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, AMFI).

  • Coordinate with AMCs for smooth operations.

  • Co-ordination with CA to provide necessary GST related data.
  • Required Skills & Experience1–3 years of relevant experience in Mutual Funds or Wealth Management.

  • Strong understanding of mutual fund products and investment concepts.

  • Proficient in MS Office / MIS (Excel, Doc, data handling).

  • Good communication, teamwork, and client-handling skills.

  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving approach.
