Co-Ordinator

Shift –Mid Shift/Flexible

Grade - 8

Job Summary

The Co-Ordinator will be responsible for executing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks within agreed deadlines. This position requires a thorough understanding of billing processes and coordination with the offshore team to ensure timely completion of all tasks within the Pune team’s scope. The role involves handling UK/IE inbound calls related to billing queries, addressing CEC/IOLB queries, providing customer care services, processing adjustments, validating entries in the system, and offering inputs to improve overall process deliverables. The Co-Ordinator must work collaboratively within the team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain accuracy and efficiency in all responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Handle UK/IE inbound calls related to billing queries and provide exceptional customer care service.
  • Perform discount calculations and ensure accuracy in billing processes.
  • Utilize CEC Salesforce application for managing customer interactions and billing activities.
  • Conduct audits of billing and various reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Research customers’ shipping information to identify root causes of discrepancies.
  • Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed emails for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Use various software packages to process invoice adjustments accurately.
  • Proactively follow up with internal and external customers to prevent future discrepancies.
  • Process corrections timely and accurately using established methods.
  • Meet minimum acceptable requirements for both quantity and quality consistently.
  • Provide customer-specific information and support as needed.
  • Calculate and process large and complex adjustments with thorough reasoning and research.
  • Europe Billing experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and drafting detailed emails.
  • Ability to manage inbound calls and provide high-quality customer care.
  • Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess advanced reasoning and research skills.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Excellent typing speed for data entry.
  • Must be customer focused.
  • Need to comprehend and cater to respective email requests accordingly.
  • Eye for detail and must meet stiff deadlines.
  • Self-driven.
  • Strong customer orientation to understand customer services issues.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
