Job Description – Factory SupervisorLocation: Warje, Pune

- Position: Factory SupervisorRoles & Responsibilities:Supervise daily factory operations and production activities
- Manage carpenters, machine operators, and factory workers
- Ensure production targets are completed on time
- Monitor product quality and finishing standards
- Coordinate with design and site teams for smooth workflow
- Handle material planning and stock management
- Ensure proper machine handling and factory discipline
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the factory
- Track production progress and submit daily updates
- Solve production-related issues and improve efficiency
- Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in furniture/interior factory supervision
- Knowledge of modular furniture production preferred
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Basic understanding of measurements and drawings
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitasking
- Immediate joiners preferred
