Fast Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Fast Food Cook specializing in Momos and Chinese cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of momos, noodles, fried rice, soups, and other Chinese fast-food dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook momos (steamed, fried, tandoori, and specialty varieties).

Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, spring rolls, soups, and stir-fried items.

Ensure proper preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.

Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.

Operate kitchen equipment such as steamers, woks, fryers, and gas ranges safely.

Monitor food stock levels and inform management of inventory needs.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Keep the kitchen, workstations, and utensils clean and organized.

Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

Assist in menu development and introduction of new dishes when required.

Requirements

Experience in preparing momos and Chinese fast-food dishes.

Knowledge of Chinese sauces, seasonings, and cooking techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
