Foremost Quality Engineering The Foremost QA group is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and regulatory of Foremost Insurance platform, supporting core business function. The team provides end-to-end quality engineering coverage across enterprise platforms with strong specialization in Duck Creek Policy and legacy mainframe systems, validating complex policy workflows, rating logic, and data exchanges that support Foremost products.

We are seeking a Senior QA / Quality Engineering Lead with deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy Administration and Mainframe-based insurance platforms to support Foremost insurance initiatives. This role will lead end-to-end quality engineering efforts across quoting, rating, underwriting, and policy administration systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance for enterprise insurance platforms. The candidate will bring strong technical and domain expertise across Duck Creek, legacy mainframe integrations, data validation, and rate verification, while driving modern testing practices including AI-assisted test generation and automated execution frameworks. Key responsibilities include validating policy conversions, rating logic, and downstream data integrations, performing large-scale SQL-based data validation, and ensuring accuracy across quoting, rating, underwriting, and commission workflows. The role will also focus on test automation strategy, API validation, and ETL data verification supporting enterprise migrations and modernization programs. The candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Platform teams to deliver predictable, high-quality releases across multiple environments including DEV, SIT, QA, UAT, and Production. This position plays a critical role in strengthening system reliability, pricing accuracy, and data quality for Foremost products while introducing AI-driven testing approaches to accelerate test creation, coverage, and execution efficiency across complex policy platforms.
