Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the field research activities.
• Planning field research as per the outcome required/Objectives identified.
• Interacting with relevant people during field research to derive responses.
• Assist in formulating and reviewing research reports pertaining to team activities.
•  Compile, analyse data points and create detailed reports of findings
• Simplify findings into presentations
• Implement tests of processes, policies, and protocols
• Recommend changes and improvements based on research findings
• Write reports, white papers, and other published documents
• Help and assist Senior Analysts in data analysis. 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Fieldwork research experience in any sector either rural or urban or both
• Should be comfortable to speak with strangers
• Should be comfortable in new situation and places
• Strong documentation skills
• Must be good in spoken and written English
• Must be good in regional language Hindi and Bengali
