*Field Recruiter (Male)*

*Job Responsibilities*

Recruit Security Guards as per company requirements.

Visit different locations and conduct on-ground recruitment drives.

Manage and maintain the required manpower at all assigned sites.

Regularly visit client sites to monitor security operations.

Ensure all security guards report to duty on time and are properly deployed.

Follow up with guards regarding attendance, discipline, and performance.

Coordinate with the operations team for manpower planning and site requirements.

*Eligibility*

*Male candidates only*.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher qualification preferred).

Experience in recruitment, field operations, or security services is an advantage.

Good communication skills in *Hindi & Marathi*.

Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (Preferred).

Willing to travel across sites in Pune.
