Job Description

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients by understanding their business needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Field Operations: Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies, including analyzing competition and client data, to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Reporting: Regularly report performance metrics, market feedback, and client insights to management.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact to resolve client complaints and issues, ensuring high satisfaction
