Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to join our team in Pune. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our car freshener products across various locations, building strong relationships with retailers and customers, and ensuring the product is displayed prominently at retail points. Your role is pivotal in expanding our brand’s presence in the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Vaayal Car Freshener products to dealers, distributors, and retailers across Pune.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Ensure that our products are available and prominently displayed in retail outlets.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels at retail points to ensure sufficient stock.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
• Report daily activity and sales progress to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (preferably in FMCG or retail sales).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Pune market is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Pune.
• Knowledge of car care products is a plus but not required.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
