Job Description : Field Sales Executive (ZED Surveillance)
1. About the Role : We are hiring Field Sales Executives to work with MSME manufacturing companies for ZED Certification Surveillance.
CertifyPro Advisory Services is a Channel Partner and Project Coordinator associated with GCQ Management System, which is empaneled with the Quality Council of India (QCI) under the ZED Scheme.

2. Work Process
2.1 MSME companies holding ZED Bronze Certification are required to complete surveillance every 12 to 15 months.
2.2 If surveillance is not completed within 18 months:
- The certificate is cancelled
- Government benefits and bank incentives are discontinued
2.3 Lead Allocation Process:
- MSME applies for surveillance
- QCI allocates cases to GCQ
- GCQ assigns cases to our company
- Cases are further assigned to Field Executives
2.4 No cold calling is required. All leads are provided by the company.
3. Key Responsibilities :
- Visit MSME manufacturing units within a 10 to 15 km radius
- Meet Directors, Owners, or Senior Management representatives
- Explain ZED surveillance services in a professional manner
- Conduct ZED Bronze Surveillance visits
- Capture photographs and collect required documentation
- Maintain professional communication with clients
4. Reporting Responsibilities:
- Login from home using a Laptop or Desktop
- Complete self-assessment on the ZED web portal
- Submit accurate and genuine reports
- Raise Non-Conformity (NC) queries where applicable
5. Work Details :
- Conduct 8 to 10 company visits per day
- Perform fieldwork during the day and reporting in the evening
- Leads will be allocated through the official login system
6. Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Laptop or Desktop is mandatory
- Two-wheeler is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident and professional personality
- Interest in field sales and marketing
- Good knowledge of the local area
7. Compensation Models (Select One Option)
7.1 Fixed Salary ModelMonthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 30,000
- Provides stable and fixed income
- Suitable for candidates seeking job security
7.2 Per Visit (Earning Potential:High earning potential of up to INR 40,000 to INR 50,000 per month)
- Audit-Based ModelINR 400 per completed audit visit, including visit and report submission
- Clients are pre-registered; no convincing or sales effort required
- Work Structure:Approximately 50 companies allocated every 4 to 5 days
- Route planning to be completed one day in advance
- Minimum 5 to 6 visits per day, with flexibility to increase
- Earning Potential:High earning potential of up to INR 40,000 to INR 50,000 per month based on performance and productivity
7.3 Important Note
- Candidates must select only one compensation model at the time of joining
- The audit-based model is recommended for higher earning potential
