Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Field Sales Executive to expand our retail network by visiting hardware stores, generating new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face selling and committed to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit 15 hardware shops daily in your assigned territory.
Generate new customers and maintain relationships with existing dealers.
Promote our product range:
Drywall Screws
Door Kits
Hinges
Magnets
BASIC ROLE :
Explain product features, pricing, and schemes.
Collect orders and coordinate with the office for dispatch.
Follow up on pending payments and repeat orders.
Submit daily visit reports through the CRM.
Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively.
Requirements :
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in field sales is preferred (hardware/building materials is an advantage).
Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus).
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Desired Skills :
Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good time management.
Honest, disciplined, and reliable.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
