Field Sales Executive

BookTheSalon is a growing salon discovery, booking, live-queue and business-management platform. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to help us expand our salon network across Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit salons and meet salon owners/managers

• Introduce and demonstrate the BookTheSalon platform

• Explain product features, benefits and pricing

• Generate qualified leads and onboard new salons

• Follow up with salons during their free-trial period

• Convert free-trial salons into paid customers

• Build and maintain relationships with salon owners

• Maintain daily sales and follow-up records

• Achieve monthly sales and paid-conversion targets

• Provide customer and market feedback to the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Confident in meeting and speaking with business owners

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Comfortable with field sales and local travel across Pune

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills

• Comfortable demonstrating mobile/software products

• Previous B2B, field sales, SaaS/software, POS, beauty/salon industry or local-business sales experience is preferred

• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply
