Job Description
Spacify Décor is a leading flooring interior design service provider based in Pune, Maharashtra. We transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences by combining innovative flooring solutions with premium quality materials and customer-centric service. With our own manufacturing facility producing 5,000 sqft daily and a growing presence across Maharashtra and Goa, we’re expanding our sales team to drive our next phase of growth.
Position Overview
We’re seeking dynamic Sales Representatives who are passionate about interior solutions and have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and direct clients while promoting our premium SPC flooring products and complete interior design services.
Key Responsibilities:·
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and commercial establishments across Pune
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Product Consultation: Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and recommend appropriate SPC flooring solutions (interlocking, pasting, carpet tiles) and interior design services
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations at our Pune showroom and client locations, showcasing our SPC flooring’s unique features (waterproof, fire-resistant, eco-friendly)
Project Coordination: Work closely with installation teams and interior designers to ensure seamless project execution from quotation to completion
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and seasonal demand patterns to identify growth opportunities
Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (contributing to ₹8-20 lakhs monthly revenue goal)
Partnership Development: Strengthen relationships with contractors, architects, and building project teams who generate majority of our business
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience:Freshers or prior years of proven sales experience in flooring, building materials, interior design, or related industries
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction, interior design, or flooring products preferred
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals ranging from ₹4 lakhs to ₹25 lakhs
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications (thickness, wear layer, installation methods)
Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Maharashtra and Goa
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network of architects, interior designers, or contractors in Maharashtra
Experience with B2B sales in the construction or interior design industry
Familiarity with flooring, carpet flooring, or laminate products
Track record of managing projects worth ₹4+ lakhs
Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools
