Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the healthcare industry to promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across Pune district. The candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, and a willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare centers across Pune district

Promote and demonstrate company products to doctors, biomedical engineers, and purchase departments

Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales updates

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with the service and production team for order execution

Collect market feedback and competitor information

Follow up on quotations, payments, and order status

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of healthcare / medical equipment industry

Ability to work independently in field sales

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication)

Strong customer handling skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Requirements

Experience in selling medical equipment to hospitals

Familiarity with Pune healthcare market

Own two-wheeler with valid driving license

Immediate joining preferred
