Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Visit target businesses in Pune/PCMC (clinics, interior studios, coaching centres, travel agencies)
- Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, and local networking
- Give basic pitches and schedule discovery calls with you or your presales team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a lead tracker (Google Sheet or CRM)
- Achieve monthly meeting and closure targets
Ideal Profile:
- 0–2 years experience in field sales (real estate, insurance, FMCG, edtech all translate well)
- Local Pune/PCMC candidate with own two-wheeler
- Confident communicator in Marathi + Hindi (English a bonus)
- Comfortable with targets and daily reporting
