Job Description
Company: Vensa Skin Care
Location: Pune (Field Sales)
- 💼 Job Role:Visit retail shops (cosmetics, medical, general stores) daily
- Generate orders and billing
- Build strong retailer relationships
- Introduce schemes & offers to दुकानदार
- Handle basic payment collection
- 🎯 Requirements:Experience in FMCG / Cosmetics sales (preferred)
- Must have 2-wheeler & valid license
- Good communication (Marathi/Hindi)
- Target-oriented and field-ready
- 💰 Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000
- Incentives: Based on sales performance
- Travel Allowance: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000
- 🔒 Security Deposit (Important):₹3,000 refundable security amount
- This amount will be adjusted/deducted from the first salary
- Fully refundable after 3 months of continuous service
