Field Sales Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of premium spices and food products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors on a daily basis.
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.
• Promote the company's spice products and communicate product benefits effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence, including competitor pricing, new product launches, and customer feedback.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with distributors for timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit visit reports to the Sales Manager.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG or food products preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
