Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits
- Meet potential and existing customers to promote products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals
- Maintain records of sales activities and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Familiarity with mobile tools like Google Maps and CRM apps
Candidate working in Retail/projects sales in Electrical field only will be considered. Lighting products knowledge will be preferred.
