Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit Prospects & Customers in assigned areas
  • Demonstrate the PIT Labs software platform to Prospects & Customers
  • Explain product features and benefits in a simple, clear manner
  • Address Prospects & Customers queries confidently and professionally
  • Assist Prospects & Customers with onboarding and basic product training
  • Collect feedback and share insights with the product team
  • Maintain daily visit, demo, and follow-up reports

Preferred candidate profile

  • 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
  • Marketing / Sales background preferred (not mandatory)
  • Must own:
  • A laptop / Smartphone
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Basic understanding of computers and software tools
  • Freshers are welcome

Communication

  • Comfortable communicating in Marathi, Hindi and/or English
  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently with doctors
  • Good listening, explanation, and presentation skills

Personality & Attitude

  • Enjoys field sales and meeting new people
  • Willing to travel locally on a daily basis
  • Positive, disciplined, and self-driven
  • Quick learner and comfortable with technology
