Job Description
We Are Hiring: Field Service Engineer (ITI – Electrician/Wireman)
📍 Location: Pune / PCMC
🕒 Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of eqOorja electric cooking vessels at customer sites like commercial kitchens and canteens.
Job Responsibilities:
• Visit customer sites for pre-installation checks (3-phase power, space, safety)
• Install and commission electric cooking vessels
• Handle service calls, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning
• Guide customers/kitchen staff on usage and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain service reports with photos and updates via WhatsApp/app
• Carry and manage basic spare parts for service work
Skills Required:
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and 3-phase systems
• Basic understanding of control panels
• Ability to read simple wiring diagrams
• Hands-on with tools like multimeter, crimping tools, etc.
• Awareness of electrical safety practices
Requirements:
• ITI (Electrician/Wireman or similar)
• Own two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)
• Willing to travel within Pune, PCMC & nearby areas
• Good communication in Marathi & Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly
