Job Description
- Field Identification & Coordination:Identify suitable agricultural fields and plots for machine testing activities. Coordinate with farmers and stakeholders to facilitate field trials and testing schedules.
- Machine Testing & Validation : Conduct field testing of agricultural machinery and equipment under various operating conditions. Monitor performance and ensure accurate execution of testing procedures.
- Data Collection & Reporting : Record observations, machine performance parameters, and testing outcomes. Maintain proper documentation and provide detailed feedback to the R&D team.
- R&D Team Collaboration : Work closely with the R&D team to execute testing plans, validate product performance, and support product improvement initiatives.
- Basic Troubleshooting : Assist in identifying and resolving basic mechanical and electrical issues encountered during testing activities.
- Additional Responsibilities : Perform any other duties and assignments as directed by senior management to support business and testing objectives.
- Educational Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience in agricultural machinery, farm equipment, or field operations preferred.
- Candidates with agricultural background will be given preference.

• Preferred Age: 25 – 35 Years
