Title and Summary

Finance Modernization ManagerJob Description:
The Manager of the Finance Modernization Project will support the transformation of our finance operations, driving the implementation of advanced analytics, AI capabilities, and cloud migration strategies in support of the overall Finance function. This project role will be pivotal in driving Finance Data Design, Governance, Finance Product releases, and Process Improvement forward.

Role:
• Support the Finance Modernization initiative for the Finance organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives
• Drive the analysis of COA and CDE data dimensions for rationalization, future state design, and clean-up (Account - P&L + Balance Sheet & Regulatory/Statutory reporting dimensions)
• Drive the execution of a comprehensive data governance framework, including establishing stewardship networks & acting as SME for initial data requests from Data Governance Teams
• Lead change management, partnering with change champions for process and data updates in the systems, verifications and checks to confirm outcomes
• Partner with Master Data Management (MDM) team for data requests, requirements, solution review, implementation, testing (for accounting centric fields)
• Support the collection, prioritization, and delivery of data lake use cases for reporting and AI for the Finance
• Deliver on process improvement opportunities for Finance as identified through our prioritized projects
• Support an ERP Cloud implementation, including oversight, analysis, reconciliation and change management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.

All About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in participating on large-scale finance transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, data governance, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience with ERP/EPM systems and data lake frameworks is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of AI and advanced analytics applications in finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation.
• Experience in a global business environment.
• Currently at a Manager level
