Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, appointing new distributors/dealers, generating orders, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors daily.
2. Generate primary and secondary sales.
3. Identify and appoint new distributors and retail outlets.
4. Take orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
5. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
6. Increase product visibility and market coverage.
7. Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
8. Build strong relationships with customers.
9. Ensure product availability at retail stores.
10. Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager
