Job Description
- Warm Greeting & Initial Screening: Welcome all showroom visitors, identify the purpose of their visit (new purchase, servicing, or insurance), and offer refreshments.
- Seamless Customer Handover: Efficiently match walk-in clients with available Sales Executives based on rotation or specialization, ensuring a smooth introduction so the customer doesn't feel neglected or stranded.
- Lead & Footfall Logging: Capture accurate customer details (name, contact number, and model preference) in the physical register or Dealer Management System (DMS) right at the entry point.
- Inbound Call Routing: Manage the showroom switchboard, answer inquiries professionally, and route calls to the sales, finance, or workshop teams.
- Waiting Lounge Management: Monitor customer wait times in the lounge, keeping visitors engaged and comfortable if Sales Executives are temporarily busy.
- Brochure & Price List Upkeep: Maintain an organized front desk stocked with updated Hero product brochures, spec sheets, and corporate price lists.
- Front-End Coordination: Assist the showroom manager with basic administrative tasks, courier dispatches, and daily footfall reporting.
