Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in full stack development such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services to deploy and manage applications effectively.
- Familiarity with database design and management, including both relational and non-relational databases.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance across the full technology stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
