Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously update skills and stay informed about industry trends to improve development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Experience with backend and frontend development frameworks related to Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and performance optimization of applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
