Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span both the user interface and backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient software engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build responsive user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to deploy and manage applications effectively.
- Knowledge of database systems, both relational and NoSQL, to support backend development.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
