General Sales Specialist
Qualification – BE Electronics / Electrical
Experience – Minimum 10Y+ in the relevant filed of project management of electrical / electronic equipment for Oil & Gas, Power Gen, T&D, Steel and Cement segment.
Should have hands on knowledge of the project execution requirement of these segment and the EPC / End User of these segment
- Lead the project execution phase (Order to Invoice) in compliance with the terms of the Contract until the customer`s final approval till dispatch of the goods.
- Ensure that the whole scope of work is reviewed on a regular basis with the relevant Commitment Owner to identify and resolve issues
- Prepare Project Charter and Monitor the progress and drive to complete the project in given time.
- Daily contact with Customer’s Project Management Team for Project progress and related issues
- Manage Negotiations on change orders, claims and contractual disputes
- Manage Customer complaints and close them to customer`s satisfaction
- Identify and minimize all risks and maximize savings – cost optimization on the buyout items like battery, ACDB and SCVS.
- Ensure Deliverables are managed as per the agreed schedule with customer.
- Take overall responsibility for Project Management Processes
