Job Purpose

Design technology solutions for IT BSS demands in close coordination with Business Analysts and Demand Managers on one side and technology partners on the other side, with the prime objective of making optimal solution design to achieve defined business outcomes in a time-bound and qualitative manner.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirement specifications to ensure alignment between business expectations and current or future technology capabilities
• Define and design technology solutions to support the business in meeting their defined objectives
• Manage multiple technology partners for timely and qualitative end to end solution design
• Analyze pros and cons of different solution design approaches to arrive at optimal solution design
• Manage stake holder satisfaction during interfacing with internal as well as external teams

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Solution design and project management
• Stakeholder management
• Thorough knowledge of all Telecom IT BSS systems
• Good understanding of telecom business processes and priorities
• 13-15+ years of overall experience in the IT BSS domain preferably in Telecom or IT industry

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Engineering/Technology graduate from reputed institution
