Graduate Engineer Trainee
Closely working with Lead to Develop, enhance and support Windows (Winform) Applications, Windows services, Web Services and Database programming on Microsoft platform (.NET, C#, MS SQL, VB, VBA, MS Office products).
Perform Unit Test, Integration Test ensuring all requirements are implemented with Good Quality, within Timeline and Budget.
Analyze requirements and Prepare Requirement Understanding document. Do Impact Analysis and raise Technical Queries.
Apply OOPs principles and implement design patterns.
Understand Project dynamics and adapt to changing scenarios.
Raise concerns and Risks at appropriate time and communicate well with all collaborators.
Status reporting and Progress Reporting.
You quickly and decisively act in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. You always keep the end in sight; puts in extra effort to meet deadlines. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approach.
0-1 years of experience in Software Development.
Work on:
Windows (Winform) applications (C#, VB, VBA, Java)
Windows Services and Web services
Database programming (SQL)
Any experience with Reporting application development, web application development and support is added advantage.
Soft skills
Problem Solving – Ownership, Proactive and Systematic approach.
Enable absorption of latest technologies in the product line.
Ensure best practices in software development are institutionalized.
Coordinate activities across both business and technical teams to ensure that technology strategy aligns with business strategy.
Interface with stake holders at all levels in an organization.
Teamwork – Remain flexible, good Team player and assist team for resolving issues.
Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication. Clear and precise communication with customer and within group.
BE (IT/ Computer/ Instrumentation/ Electronics), MCA, MCS, MSc Computer or compatible.
