About the Role:-

We are looking for a polished and customer-centric Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to manage walk-in clients and enhance the on-site customer experience at our real estate sales office. The GRE will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a key role in lead management, coordination with sales teams, and maintaining a professional brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the site office or sales gallery.
• Understand customer requirements and assign leads to the appropriate sales manager.
• Maintain a professional and hospitable front-desk experience at all times.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing basic project information.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits and meetings with the sales team.
• Ensure proper lead entry, walk-in logs, and visitor records in CRM / Excel.
• Follow up with walk-in and inquiry leads as per instructions from sales managers.
• Coordinate with telecallers, sales managers, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure branding material, brochures, and site office hygiene are well maintained.
• Prepare daily walk-in reports, follow-up status, and MIS for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience as a GRE / Front Desk Executive / CRM Executive (real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak walk-in hours.
