About the Team:
The Passenger Vehicles Sales team drives ZF’s growth in braking, steering, and chassis solutions within the Indian market by aligning customer strategies, technology adoption, and business objectives. Working closely with Indian OEMs and global stakeholders, the team operates in a collaborative matrix structure with strong links to product, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and strategy functions. It plays a key role in shaping market positioning, developing technology roadmaps, and strengthening ZF’s presence as a preferred partner for advanced chassis technologies. The focus remains on sustainable growth, strong customer relationships, and contributing to ZF’s overall India strategy.

  • Lead Passenger Vehicle sales in India, shaping strategy and market growth in a key region.
  • Develop and execute customer and go-to-market plans aligned with global product roadmaps.
  • Drive sustainable growth, strengthen partnerships, and expand ZF’s position in chassis technologies.
  • Oversee sales performance and profitability while representing customer insights across global teams.
  • Build strong sales teams and contribute to India’s role as a strategic manufacturing and growth hub.

 

Your profile as Head of Sales- Passenger Vehicles (m/f/d): 

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong senior experience in automotive sales, business development, or general management, ideally with a Tier-1 supplier.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and execute customer strategies aligned with global roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of Indian OEMs, market dynamics, and strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
