Job Purpose: Head - Construction directs and oversees civil, structural, and architectural project delivery for Adani. Ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget requirements while achieving quality standards and client satisfaction. Drive strategic planning and execution to align with organizational goals.
Project Management:
Direct and oversee all phases of project delivery, from initial site setup to final handover, ensuring alignment with design, schedule, and budget requirements.
CSA Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans for projects to align with organizational goals and enhance project delivery efficiency.
Budget Management:
Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and cost overruns are minimized.
Planning and Scheduling:
Develop, review, and authorize construction plans, including detailed scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain a strategic role in client interactions, ensuring projects meet client expectations and addressing any issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
Performance Monitoring:
Regularly monitor and review project progress, preparing reports for senior management and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks related to ensure smooth execution and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Handover & Close-Out:
Oversee the completion and handover of DC projects, ensuring that all contractual obligations and quality standards are fulfilled.
Brand Positioning:
Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development:
Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.
Digital mindset:
Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical engineering,
Work Experience:
Minimum of 21-25 years in executing construction projects of multiple data centres/ commercial infrastructure IT Parks / airports / real estate, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
