Hiring: Hub Managers/ Cluster Managers (Hub Managers & Cluster Manager) | Pune

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000/month + Performance Bonus

About HOUSY: We're building India's most loved 10-minute house help platform. . Our hub-based model dispatches trained cleaning partners to homes within minutes. We're launching multiple Hubs and scaling fast.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily hub operations (7 AM - 9 PM)
• Lead and coordinate selection, onboarding & training of 30-40 Housy partners per hub.
• Ensure on-time dispatch and 5-star service quality
• Handle customer escalations and partner issues
• Maintain inventory (cleaning supplies, equipment, uniforms)
• Track daily P&L, job completion rates, and partner performance
• Recruit, onboard, and train new partners
• Ensure hub cleanliness and professional standards

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in retail store management, quick commerce (Blinkit/Zepto/Swiggy), hospitality, or facility management
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Fluent in Hindi, Marathi & basic English
• Comfortable with apps and basic reporting
• Problem-solver with ownership mindset
• Local to Pune (Wadgaon Sheri, Kalyani Nagar area preferred)

Good to Have:

• Experience managing blue-collar workforce
• Background in housekeeping, hotel operations, or service industry
• Two-wheeler with valid license
