Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Site Supervisor
Location: Pune
Industry: HVAC / Construction / MEP
Immediate / As soon as possible
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to manage on-site installation, maintenance, and execution of HVAC projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring work is completed on time and as per quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day HVAC site activities
- Manage installation of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, AHU, FCU, VRF,VRV ,etc.)
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams
- Ensure project execution as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and report to management
- Maintain quality and safety standards at the site
- Handle site documentation and reporting
- Resolve on-site technical issues
- Ensure timely completion of work
- Requirements:Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC projects
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes
