Key Responsibilities

 Operate the Hydra crane safely and efficiently for lifting and shifting materials, machinery,

and equipment.

 Perform pre-operational and post-operational inspections of the crane and report any

mechanical defects or maintenance requirements.

 Ensure that lifting operations are carried out in accordance with load capacity limits and

safety guidelines.

 Coordinate with riggers, supervisors, and ground personnel during lifting activities.

 Maintain proper positioning and stability of the crane during operations.

 Follow site safety procedures, traffic regulations, and company policies.

 Maintain records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.

 Report accidents, near misses, equipment failures, or unsafe conditions immediately.

 Keep the crane clean and ensure routine maintenance schedules are followed.

 Assist in other material handling activities as required by site operations.

Required Qualifications

 Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.

 Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.

 Certification or training in Hydra Crane Operation (preferred).

 Knowledge of lifting techniques, load calculations, and crane safety practices.

Experience

 2–3 years of experience operating Hydra cranes in construction, manufacturing,

infrastructure, logistics, or industrial environments.

 Experience handling heavy loads and working in operational or project sites.

Preferred Skills

 Understanding of crane safety standards and lifting procedures.

 Basic mechanical knowledge for routine inspections and troubleshooting.

 Ability to interpret hand signals and communicate effectively with ground staff.

 Strong awareness of workplace safety requirements.
