Identity Security and Governance Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Identity Security & Governance SME to strengthen our enterprise identity security landscape. In this role, you will drive secure, compliant, and resilient identity services, leading governance, lifecycle management, and identity-based threat detection across hybrid environments.

What you will do

• Lead identity threat detection, incident response, and forensic investigations.
• Design and implement identity governance frameworks, policies, and lifecycle processes (JML).
• Govern and supervise configuration of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Omada IGA, Ping Identity, and Delinea (PAM).
• Drive access compliance, risk reviews, and audit readiness (SoD, governance reporting).
• Enhance monitoring and detection using SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk).
• Oversee privileged access governance and Zero Trust security alignment.
• Govern and supervise PKI, cryptographic controls, and identity data security frameworks.
• Leverage AI-driven identity analytics and automation for improved security posture.
• Collaborate with SOC, IAM, Architecture, and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

We believe you have

• 4–6+ years of experience in IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, and identity governance.
• Strong hands on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory.
• Experience in Omada IGA, Ping Identity, Delinea (PAM), CrowdStrike IDP.
• Experience in SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk).
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, PKI, HSM, and identity data governance.
• Exposure to AI/ML-based identity analytics (UEBA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
