As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities: 

 

• Configuration: 

Set up SAP IBP modules, including planning areas, key figures, demand planning, supply planning, and control tower functionalities.  

• Integration: 

Connect SAP IBP with SAP ECC, SAP BPC, and other external applications, utilizing integration tools like HCI/CPI-DS.  

• Process Design: 

Map client requirements to SAP IBP, design future-state business processes, and create process definition documents (PDDs) and business process procedures (BPPs).  

• Testing & Deployment: 

Perform unit testing, cycle testing, and integration testing, and provide user support and manuals.  

• Support: 

Address user queries and resolve issues during monthly and quarterly planning cycles and upgrades.  

• Consulting: 

Provide expert advice to clients on how to leverage SAP IBP for strategic initiatives and business transformation.  

• Documentation: 

Create process flows in Microsoft Visio, develop blueprint presentation decks, and maintain support documentation.
