In-house Architect

In-house Architect for Real Estate Consortium

·       Lead the design process from concept stage to project completion.

·       Coordinate with external architects for concept/sketch plans as per management brief.

·       Prepare or coordinate for working Area statements for cost estimation and proposal submissions.

·       Act as a liaison between management and external architects for design requirements, changes, and revisions.

·       Coordinate with Architects and MEP consultants for preparation and finalisation of working drawings.

·       Work closely with the project execution team to ensure drawings and designs are implemented seamlessly on site.

·       Coordinate with consultants for Environmental Clearance, statutory sanctions and approvals.

·       Ensure compliance with all required permissions, approvals and certificates.

·       Ensure compliance with RERA, MPCB, Fire Office, and other statutory authorities.

·       Conduct regular site visits to address and resolve design-related issues.

·       Maintain effective communication with Directors to translate their vision into practical and executable designs.

·       Should be ready to hande multiple on-going sites/projects within (Pune) City.

Experience : 3 years and above

Qualification : B. Arch.

Location : Near Katraj – Mumbai Bangalore Bypass, Pune
