Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT. · Implement robust data models and transformations to support analytics and business intelligence needs. · Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements. · Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of Snowflake data warehouse. · Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all data processes. · Automate workflows and implement CI/CD practices for DBT projects. · Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and ensure timely resolution. · Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Mandatory skill sets:

· 6 years of experience in data engineering or related roles. · Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, security, etc.). · Proficiency in DBT for data transformation and modeling. · Solid understanding of SQL and experience with large-scale data sets. · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

· Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred skill sets:

· Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git). · Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages. · Exposure to BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. · Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc
