Job Description & Summary: A career with PwC in Zoho practice for managing and leading projects on product strategy and implementation using Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM Products 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Strong handson experience working with the Zoho Suite, with primary expertise in Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.  

• Responsible for endtoend implementation of Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM, including solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment.  

• Ability to design and develop custom applications in Zoho Creator, including forms, workflows, Deluge scripting, reports, pages, and integrations.  

• Experience configuring Zoho CRM modules, automation rules, validation rules, blueprints, workflows, custom functions, and CRM extensions.  

• Skilled in integrating Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps and thirdparty systems using APIs, webhooks, and integration tools.  

• Capable of preparing and maintaining design specifications, process flows, architecture diagrams, and configuration documentation for Creator and CRM implementations.  

• Ability to gather and understand client business requirements and proactively recommend bestfit Creator/CRM solutions.  

• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting (mandatory) for custom functions, decision logic, automation, and integrations.  

• Experience in configuring roles, profiles, permissions, and access policies across Creator and CRM environments.  

• Working knowledge of Zoho Analytics for building dashboards and reports related to CRM and Creator data (preferred).  

• Good understanding of Excel, data imports/exports, and data mapping between Zoho products and external systems.  

• Exposure to Agile methodologies, strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.  

• Consulting or clientfacing background preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.  

• Zoho certifications in Creator or CRM will be an added advantage.

Preferred skill sets: 

Hands on experience on other Zoho products and native integrations on Zoho products
