Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Payment Program Test Manager
Responsibilities:
Resource(s) will be working as a project and test manager, quality engineering. The person (s) will be working with Northern Trust users spread across global locations (with primary NT stakeholders in India) to manage the end-to-end testing exercise for enterprise ISO 20022 transformation, create options for technology implementation, master enterprise/program level business workflows & work with the project teams to deliver the solutions and help client with the end solution to meet the requirements of the Northern Provide senior leadership and oversight for CHAPS and other high value payment schemes (e.g., Faster Payments, SWIFT, SEPA or regional real time payment systems), ensuring secure, resilient, and compliant operations.
Lead the design and deployment of enterprise AI solutions within regulated financial services, ensuring strong governance, explainability, and compliance by design.
The person (s) who will be working as per defined roles in the previous point will be responsible for
building effective relationships with stakeholders and users across Northern Trust.
Define technical roadmaps & plans for implementing enterprise wide test strategies in consultation with business stakeholders /
Perform Enterprise Analysis inside organization
Liaise with client Technology teams for delivery to optimize identified solution
Collaborate with architects and product owners to shape end-to-end solutions
Identify and manage risks, maintain control over issues and manage dependencies using the prescribed procedures and tools
Provide project status reports to project/program management and where required run project governance forums
Support migration & test execution activities
Perform adhoc test management activities
Mandatory skill sets:
