INBOUND PROCESS - NO TARGET-
· Answering incoming customer phone calls and taking appropriate action for each call.
· Maintaining record of Customers information. Maintain Quality Standards.
· Should have a proactive approach and can think out of the box to help customers.
· Inbound customer service.
· Good Communication (Verbal & Written both) Skills. Computer literate.
