Hands-on experience in Informatica MDM Administration Good understanding of Informatica Hub Console, Process Console, and Services Experience managing batch jobs, workflows, and match/merge operations Knowledge of MDM architecture and environment setup Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases Experience with Linux/Unix environments Familiarity with ITIL-based support and incident management processes Exposure to monitoring tools and ticketing systems Informatica MDM Administration Batch Job & Workflow Monitoring User & Security Management SQL & Database Support Production Support Administer and support Informatica MDM environments (lower and production) Manage MDM application servers, databases, and services Perform user access management, role configuration, and security administration Monitor system health, batch jobs, workflows, and overall MDM performance Support deployments, patches, upgrades, and configuration changes Troubleshoot and resolve MDM production issues and incidents Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and database teams Perform backups, recovery activities, and DR readiness checks Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks Support audits and compliance requirements related to master data platforms
