Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the definition of requirements and contributing to the design and construction of data center technology components. The role includes active participation in testing activities to ensure the reliability and performance of infrastructure systems. Collaboration with various teams to align technology solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and improvement of data center operations to maintain optimal functionality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of infrastructure projects with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Oversee the implementation of infrastructure changes and upgrades to minimize disruption.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and recommend improvements to enhance system stability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure components and their integration.
- Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting in complex environments.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with infrastructure testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Skilled in collaborating across teams to deliver comprehensive technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
