Inside Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are hiring freshers who are interested in sales and Ayurveda. Your role will be to make calls, explain our Ayurvedic products to customers, and support them in placing orders. Full training will be provided.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain product features.
• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with basic queries.
• Recommend suitable Ayurvedic products based on customer needs (as per company training).
• Follow up with customers for orders and repeat purchases.
• Maintain call records and update details in CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Skills RequiredGood communication skills in Hindi/English (regional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in Ayurveda/wellness.
• Confidence and a polite, customer-friendly approach.
• Educational Qualification12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
