Intercompany Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Intercompany Analyst to support our global

finance operations. In this role, you will manage intercompany transactions,

reconciliations, settlements, and month-end close activities while partnering closely

with regional and global finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys

working with numbers, solving discrepancies, and driving process excellence in a

multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process intercompany transactions, invoices, and journal entries.

• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolve mismatches with

global entities.

• Support month-end close activities, including preparing IC reports and

schedules.

• Coordinate with local and global finance teams to validate balances and ensure

timely settlements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and transfer

pricing guidelines.

• Support internal/external audits with documentation and explanations.

• Identify process gaps, contribute to automation projects, and help strengthen IC

governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

• 2–5 years of experience in intercompany, RTR, or general accounting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).

• Solid Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, reconciliations).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

• High accuracy, ownership, and ability to work under tight timelines.Preferred

• Experience working in a global shared services environment.

• Exposure to Intercompany accounting, transfer pricing and intercompany

settlements.
