Interior Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor – QSR & Retail Fit-out Projects (KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, etc.)

Location: Pan Maharashtra (we keep transferring supervisors every 30–75 days to new sites)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Food + Accommodation + Travelling allowance + Yearly bonus

Experience: 3–8 years in retail/restaurant/commercial fit-outs

• Job ResponsibilitiesTake charge of the complete site from bare shell to handover stage
• Handle day-to-day supervision of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, POP, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling, signage, furniture installation, graphics, etc.
• Coordinate with 10–20 labourers + multiple vendors daily and get the work done on time
• Take site measurements and give cutting lists / material requirements to office
• Check and maintain quality of all works (no compromise on finishing)
• Daily work reporting on WhatsApp group + photos + measurement sheet
• Maintain material reconciliation every week (cement, sand, tiles, paint, wires, etc.)
• Solve site issues immediately – leakage, delay, wrong material, labour fights, etc.
• Get client/signage/branding team approvals at every stage
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness and proper use of PPE
• Complete the site within the given deadline and budget
• Must-Have RequirementsITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering OR minimum 3 years experience as Site Supervisor in restaurant, salon, retail showroom or cloud kitchen projects
• Must have worked on at least 5–6 completed QSR/restaurant fit-out projects
• Good command over Hindi + local language (Marathi/Gujarati/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada depending on site location)
• Ready to travel anywhere in India and stay on site (we give decent hotel/PG + food)
• Smartphone + WhatsApp + basic Excel knowledge
• Age below 38 years (we need energetic people who can run around site all day)
• Big Plus (not compulsory)Experience with brands like KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Starbucks, Chaayos, Subway, McDonald’s
• Can read drawings and prepare small material lists himself
• Driving licence (bike/car)

Salary & Benefits : ₹15k–₹35k take-home (depending on experience & speed)
